What is Sea Breeze Astringent used for?

It's a toner type thing. It's supposed to remove soap residues after you clean your face, so that zits dry out faster. Put it on a cotton pad and swipe.

It works, but it may burn for some people. I think Clean & Clear's sensitive skin astringent (blue in color) works better because it has salicylic acid to fight blemishes better.
